我市进一步优化调整相关疫情防控措施

Shanghai further optimizes and adjusts COVID-19 prevention and control measures.

市疫情防控工作领导小组办公室发布进一步优化调整疫情防控的相关措施，具体如下:    

The Office of Shanghai Municipal Leading Group on Preventing and Controlling COVID-19 releases measures as follows to further optimize and adjust disease control in the city:    

一、优化调整密切接触者隔离管理方式    

I. To optimize and adjust the quarantine and management of close contacts         

（一）对符合居家隔离条件的密切接触者，由“5天集中隔离医学观察+3天居家隔离医学观察”调整为“5天居家隔离医学观察”，也可自愿选择集中隔离。    

(I) Those close contacts meeting conditions of home-based quarantine will be subject to 5-day home-based quarantine for medical observation instead of 5-day centralized quarantine for medical observation + 3-day home-based quarantine. They may also choose centralized quarantine on voluntary basis.      

（二）对目前正在集中隔离的密切接触者，符合居家隔离条件的，可“点对点”闭环返回居住地，实施后续居家隔离医学观察。    

(II). Those close contacts under centralized quarantine at present may return to their residences under “point-to-point” closed-loop management to undergo the follow-up home-based quarantine for medical observation if they meet conditions of home-based quarantine.     

（三）在本市不具备居家隔离医学观察条件的，实施集中隔离医学观察。    

Those who do not meet conditions of home-based quarantine in Shanghai will be subject to centralized quarantine.    

二、优化调整来沪返沪人员防控措施    

II. To optimize and adjust disease prevention and control measures for those coming/returning to Shanghai         

（一）取消来沪返沪人员抵沪前需通过随申办“来沪返沪人员服务”小程序填报相关信息、抵沪后及时向所在居村委和单位（或所住宾馆）报告的要求。   

 (I) The individuals coming/returning to Shanghai will not be required to fill in their information in the mini-program “Service for Individuals Coming/Returning to Shanghai” on Suishenban App before arrival and report to their neighborhood/village committees and companies (or the hotels they stay in) after their arrival in Shanghai.     

（二）来沪返沪人员抵沪后不再实施 “落地检”“三天三检”和“第5天进行1次核酸检测”；未开展“落地检”“三天三检”的，不再对其“随申码”赋黄码。    

(II). The individuals coming/returning to Shanghai will not be subject to PCR testing upon arrival, three PCR tests in three continuous days, or one PCR test on the fifth day of arrival. Those who have not taken PCR tests upon arrival or three tests in three continuous days will not be assigned yellow Suishen Health Code.     

（三）来沪返沪人员抵沪不满5天者，其 “随申码”“场所码”等展示界面不再显示“来沪返沪不满5天”的标记提示，不再限制其进入相关公共场所。   

 (III) The individuals coming/returning to Shanghai for less than 5 days will not have the prompt “Coming/Returning to Shanghai for Less than 5 Days” displayed on their Suishen Health Code, venue codes, and other interfaces. They will not be restricted from entering relevant public venues either.     

上述优化调整措施自2022年12月8日零时起实施。后续，我市将根据国家政策和疫情形势，持续优化调整相关防控措施。    

These measures will take effect from 00:00 on December 8, 2022. Shanghai will continue optimizing and adjusting relevant measures in accordance with national policies and actual development of COVID-19.    

请广大市民继续做好个人防护，减少不必要的聚集，外出规范佩戴口罩，主动扫“场所码”，尽快接种疫苗，当好自己健康的第一责任人。    

All residents shall continue their personal protection, reduce unnecessary outings, wear face masks appropriately when coming out, scan venue codes, get vaccinated as soon as possible and stand as the principal responsible persons for their own health.
