市卫健委12月20日发布：根据当前疫情形势，为方便市民看病就医，本市进一步优化门急诊就医流程，即日起全市各医疗机构对门急诊患者不再查验核酸阴性证明。各医疗机构严格落实首诊负责制和急危重症抢救制度，严禁以任何理由推诿或延误救治。Shanghai Municipal Health Commission released on December 20, 2022 that considering the current development of COVID-19 and with a view to improving the citizens’ access to medical care, Shanghai further optimizes the process of seeking outpatient and emergency medical attention. From December 20 onwards, negative nucleic acid testing results for outpatient and emergency visits will no longer be checked in any medical institution in Shanghai. All medical institutions shall strictly implement the accountability system for the first visit and emergency rescue system for patients in severe or critical condition, and shirking responsibilities or delaying treatment is prohibited.
