我市优化调整阳性感染者隔离方式和部分场所防疫要求

根据国务院联防联控机制关于进一步优化落实疫情防控措施的有关要求，市疫情防控工作领导小组办公室发布持续优化调整疫情防控的相关措施，具体如下：
Pursuant to the requirements of the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council for further optimizing and implementing the COVID-19 control measures, the Office of Shanghai Municipal Leading Group on Preventing and Controlling COVID-19 releases measures as follows to further optimize and adjust disease control in the city:
一、优化调整阳性感染者隔离方式
I. To optimize and adjust the quarantine of positive cases
对阳性感染者实施科学分类收治，具备居家隔离条件的无症状感染者和轻型病例一般采取居家隔离，也可自愿选择集中隔离收治。居家隔离期间加强健康监测，隔离第6、7天连续2次核酸检测Ct值≥35解除隔离，病情加重的及时转定点医院治疗。
Science-based admission and treatment of cases by category will apply to positive cases. In general, the asymptomatic or mild COVID-19 cases meeting conditions of home-based quarantine will be allowed to undergo quarantine at home, or they may also choose centralized quarantine for treatment on voluntary basis. Home-based health monitoring should be strengthened. During home-based quarantine, if the cases whose cycle threshold (Ct) value in the two continuous PCR tests is ≥ 35 on the 6th and 7th day, they will be lifted from quarantine. If their conditions get worse, they will be timely transferred to designated medical institutions for treatment.
对目前正在集中隔离收治的无症状感染者和轻型病例，可自愿选择继续集中隔离收治，也可申请居家隔离医学观察。符合居家隔离条件的，由居住地所在区负责闭环接回。
The asymptomatic or mild COVID-19 cases under centralized quarantine for treatment at present may continue their centralized quarantine on voluntary basis, or they may also apply for home-based quarantine for medical observation. Those who meet conditions of home-based quarantine will be transported back by the districts of their residences under closed-loop management.
在本市不具备居家隔离医学观察条件的，继续实施集中隔离收治。
Those who do not meet conditions of home-based quarantine in Shanghai will be continuously subject to centralized quarantine for treatment.
二、优化调整部分场所防疫要求
II. To optimize and adjust the disease control requirement for certain venues in Shanghai
密闭娱乐场所、餐饮服务场所不再查验核酸检测阴性证明。
Negative PCR testing result will no longer be checked and verified at enclosed entertainment venues and catering service venues.
上述优化调整措施自2022年12月9日9时起实施。后续，我市将根据国家政策和疫情形势，持续优化调整相关防控措施。
These measures will take effect from 09:00 on December 9, 2022. Shanghai will continue optimizing and adjusting relevant measures in accordance with national policies and actual development of COVID-19.
请广大市民继续做好个人防护，外出规范佩戴口罩，尽快接种疫苗，当好自己健康的第一责任人。
